Why worn this 10 pounds just go ?

Hi to all my buddies.

I hope you all are making progress in you diet and keep fit goals, because I sure feel like if I’m in the fight of my life and I just don’t seem to be seeing any progress.

It seems like this ten (10 ) pounds just wont leave.

I don’t know! but have you have ever felt like your working out and doing everything thing you should be doing ? BUT some how your still carrying around those pounds that just want go ?  If your answer is yes then you must know how I’m  feel.

So there it is, maybe I’m not supposed to loose any thing, maybe I’m at the right weight for my body type.

Yes people I think I feel better now just shearing that with you. I guess it’s not good to keep such negative feeling buckled up inside, so yes I decided to shear my frustrations with you all because i think there might just be at least one person who feels the way I do.

 Now with that said, I must say I’m thankful to be alive,to be healthy and to be able to exercise. I worn take up any more time complaining about the the pounds no people I’m going to focus now on just staying healthy.

Just Try To Do Your Best

Hi to all my buddies,
I hope we will all be having a fulfilling week where we are having success in achieving our goals to lose weight.
I work up this morning and as usual I have schedule to weigh myself once a week every Monday morning…..Just to let you know I did not loose any weight for last week lol…..Yes people the scale did not move.
But with that said I’m feeling fine, and I did my workout for today and that’s what’s important.
I think we sometimes need to remember, That we are the only one responsible for the way we feel, so on that note I want you all to feel proud for who you are and for all the hard work you have been putting into achieving your goals.
No matter what, just try to do your best! and if you did your best and somehow that scale does not show all the hard work you know you put in just remember YOUR NOT ALONE.

Do you understand the SCALE ???

Hi to all my buddies. I hope we are all having a great week so far.

As for me I was out on a long weekend and I’m yet to get back into the flow of starting my workout early in the morning. Now that I have written that I think Al be up and working out tomorrow, yes that feels better already.

 Now to the real topic THE SCALE . Does any one know what is the best scale to use ??? if you do know please feel free to let me know.

Today I got on the scale and just to let you know I have the regular scale that weigh pounds ! You know the one that seems to move if you move, well that’s the one I have. I must say it showed two pounds less and yes I feel good to see that but sometimes if I were to go back on let’s say the next day it might just show the opposite.

Is this just me and my scale ? or do other people have the same thing happening to them ? Let me know. I must say with my scale working like that I sometimes just don’t know what to believe, but Al  like thinking  I lost some weight lol

Counting Calories Made Simple: Very Interesting

Hi to all my Buddies

Hope you all are having a great day. As for me, I got my workout in and is still trying to understand the chart on counting calories, I think Al stick with my portion control because I really love trying different foods lol.

By the way I saw something on TV last night about calories. A Doctor was explaining to a group about calories, and he used a slice of chocolate cake with frosting as an example. He let the group know that one slice of that cake is equal to approximately 250-300 calories and it will take them ( you and I ) at least 1hr to burn off just about 60 calories.

Now that just isnt right… but it sure give me a better understanding on how Calorie Counting  works. Just thought Al shear that info with you all.

As I begin this day I made a decision to be thankful. Yes its a new day, and guess what ? If you are reading this blog, then that means you too have something to be thankful for.

I’m happy that I got to do my workout this morning even though my DVD was acting up! it was a challenge but I did it, and Yes I feels good to get it out of the way. I really enjoy the early mornings because it gives me time for myself and also some spiritual time. I realised that in order to keep my body healthy, I do not only have to exercise my body, but I also have to feed my spirit which gives me the right frame of mind to go through the day.

 As a face is reflected in water so the heart reflects the real person Proverbs -27:19

Making time to workout

I work up today and I must say it sure takes commitment to get out of bed and work out. I look at my husband and my six year old daughter still in bed enjoying a good sleep an I just felt like heading back to bed,…. but I did good, did not go back to bed, although I must admit it was tempting.
I realized that if I don’t do my workout first thing in the morning I probably worn’t find the time to do it once I get started with all the routine thing which seems to never end.
Well one day at a time.

Counting Calories and Calories Burned ?

Does anyone really understand how to count Calories ? If you do PLEASE feel free to explain, because I still don’t get it
